President – Ron Verner
Ron is the majority owner of the company and is responsible for the overall leadership of The Harding Group and its success. He joined the company as a consultant in 2003 and became president in April of 2006. Ron has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Oklahoma Christian University and in his career prior to The Harding Group, served as CEO and Founder of Delinea, a partner in the consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and worked for almost twenty years at EDS in roles such as Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Corporate Communications, and Energy Division VP. Ron enjoys ranching and spending time with his wife Lou, their six children, and eight grandchildren.


Executive Vice President – Yaser Wassef
Yaser is responsible for all sales and operations of The Harding Group's storage business. Yaser joined The Harding Group in 1998 and has filled many roles for the company, including Senior Consultant, Director of Storage, and VP of Sales. Yaser received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Management and Marketing from The University of North Texas. He enjoys travel, home theater, antiques, landscape design and spending time with his wife, Laura, and their three children.


Director of Storage Technology – Bill Taylor
Bill is responsible for our Storage Business; including Products Sales and Storage Professional Services. His team handles everything from pre-sales to post-sales. Bill has been with The Harding Group since 1996, served in a number of different roles, and is widely acknowledged as one of the premier storage consultants in the industry. Prior to coming to HGI, he spent 10 years in public education in Oklahoma as an instrumental music teacher. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Bill and his wife, Jaunitta, have four children.


Director of Engineering – Alex Duncan
Alex manages all aspects of our Professional Services business, including sales and operations delivered by The Harding Group. Alex brings experience in multivendor network and systems design, as well as project and business management. Alex has a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Alex enjoys snowboarding, working on cars, and traveling with his wife, Sarah.


Director of Document Management Consulting – Carol Hecht
Carol leads our Document Management Consulting practice and works alongside our sales personnel to define and scope client document management engagements. Carol is one of the more widely recognized records management experts in the state of Texas, with over 35 years of experience. She serves on numerous committees within the industry and on some individual school strategic planning committees, and regularly speaks in conferences.


Director of Business Development – Houston/Austin/San Antonio – Stephen Flournoy
Stephen leads our sales and account development work in south Texas. Stephen comes to The Harding Group with over 20 years of management and sales experience, as well as an extensive technological background. Stephen has a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University in Engineering Technology. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys software development and spending time with his wife and two children.


Director of Document Management Technology – Eric Wilson
Eric leads the professional services work efforts in our Document Management Division, and works with clients to determine implementation timelines, scopes of work, file-plans, choice of document technologies, and integration with client applications. Eric has been with The Harding Group since the beginning, with over 16 years experience in numerous engineering, management, and financial roles. Eric enjoys Golf and spending time with his wife and two children.


Director of Document Management Production – Aaron Holland
Aaron leads the Document Production Team that preps, indexes, scans, uploads, codes, warehouses, and services our client’s records initiatives. Aaron has 15 years of experience in all areas of Document Management Production. He obtained his B.A. English- Technical Communications, B.A. Business Management from Texas Tech University. Aaron also served in the United States Marine Corps and is a decorated War Veteran. He is happily married to his wife of 16 years and is active in Martial Arts training and teaching.
